Head Chef, £35'000-£40'000 + Uncapped Bonus, Holt

Bread Hospitality are delighted to be working with this historic Norfolk business on the hunt for a well-rounded head of hospitality with a strong kitchen background. You’ll be responsible for creating and producing exciting menus/concepts, leading and inspiring a team of junior chefs and the overall business performance of this multi-faceted hospitality offering. If you're an adventurous and passionate Chef looking to step up and make a real difference in an exciting growing business, this is an opportunity not to be missed. The needs;

  • Financial responsibility.

  • Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and development.

  • Coordinate the operation of the restaurant ensuring that kitchen and customer service staff are working as a team.

  • Recruit, train and lead your team.

  • Responsible for the current offering as well as creating new offerings.

  • Respond to customer queries and complaints.

  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.

  • Comply with licensing laws and other legal requirements.

  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team to support and contribute to group events.
