We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a busy, much-loved country pub with rooms, the kind of place where everyone feels like a regular. You’ll be the heartbeat of the business, leading by example, supporting your team, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile (and probably a booking to come back).


You’ll Be:

  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a busy, service-driven environment.

  • Someone who knows their way around the numbers — budgets, stock, and all that good stuff.

  • Passionate about seasonal menus, local suppliers, and top-notch guest care.

  • Great at building teams and bringing people together.
