A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to join an innovative and growing hospitality team in one of the most picturesque villages close to the coast. With a beautifully designed and diverse menu, 13 luxurious rooms, and a bustling restaurant, this establishment offers an exceptional setting for both guests and staff alike.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational aspects of the hotel and restaurant.

• Lead, manage, and develop a motivated team, ensuring smooth service and a top-tier guest experience.

• Ensure the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and safety are upheld.

• Collaborate with the leadership team to implement strategies for growth and operational efficiency.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers.

• Drive innovation and contribute to the continuous development of the menu and guest services.
