General Manager, Holt, £60'000 OTE

We’re on the lookout for a General Manager to take charge of a beautiful country pub with rooms — a place known for its lively atmosphere, seasonal menus, and genuine hospitality.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves leading from the front, building brilliant teams, and creating the kind of relaxed, memorable experience guests come back for time and again.

What You’ll Do:

• Run the show day to day across the pub, restaurant, and rooms.

• Lead and support a happy, motivated team who love what they do.

• Work closely with the Head Chef and Assistant Manager to deliver consistently high standards.

• Keep on top of budgets, stock, and all the numbers that make things tick.

• Bring warmth, energy, and a community feel to the place.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience running a quality pub or pub-with-rooms.

• Confident, approachable leadership style.

• Financial know-how and a calm, organised approach.
