Food & Beverage Manager, Cambridge, up to £16.00 p/h, Family Run Business

We are recruiting on behalf of a stunning, traditional pub & restaurant nestled in the countryside of Cambridgeshire. With a rich history, thatched roof and open fires, the venue delivers a genuine guest experience combining classic pub dishes, contemporary menu options and real ales. 

As Food & Beverage Manager you will take ownership of the guest-facing and operational elements of our client’s business. You will work alongside the owner and kitchen team to drive service excellence, oversee the front-of-house team and deal with all booking / enquiries.
