Are you an experienced Butcher looking for a new role within an exciting expanding company? You’re in the right place! You’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, Sausage making and efficient carcass breakdown to produce exquisite prime cuts.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in butchery, strong knife skills, and a good understanding of different cuts of meat. You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent customer service skills.
