Bread Hospitality are working with a renowned, award winning hotel in Norfolk seeking to find a new Executive Head Chef. Our brief is to find an exceptional chef with a proven track record of managing a large kitchen team. You will lead an exciting brigade looking to offer a range of unique and fresh menus.
The ideal candidate would have strong background in managing and developing the food offering and be able to train and attract young ambitious chefs. You would also be required to show an exceptional financial understanding of kitchen management and GP controls.
The Responsibilities….
You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.
Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, recruitment, training and development and other management duties.
Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen
Liaising with purchasing companies for food orders
Maintaining or raising the profit margins on food
Producing exciting and creative menus and new dishes
Managing, training, and recruiting a brigade of chefs
The Package –
£50’000 basic salary
£60’000 OTE Salary
