We’re on the lookout for a Head Chef to run the kitchen using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create a delicious offering in this lovely coastal pub with rooms. Whether you’re already a Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready for the next step, this is a chance to make your mark in a fast-paced, supportive environment.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and motivating a committed kitchen team

  • Running smooth, organised day-to-day service

  • Delivering consistently high-quality, well-presented dishes

  • Taking control of stock, ordering, and kitchen costs

  • Keeping food safety and hygiene standards on point

  • Bringing ideas to the table with seasonal menu input


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a senior kitchen role within a busy pub or similar environment

  • A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal cooking

  • A confident leader who can organise, motivate, and develop a team

  • Someone who stays calm under pressure and leads from the front
