We’re on the lookout for a Head Chef to run the kitchen using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create a delicious offering in this lovely coastal pub with rooms. Whether you’re already a Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready for the next step, this is a chance to make your mark in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and motivating a committed kitchen team
Running smooth, organised day-to-day service
Delivering consistently high-quality, well-presented dishes
Taking control of stock, ordering, and kitchen costs
Keeping food safety and hygiene standards on point
Bringing ideas to the table with seasonal menu input
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a senior kitchen role within a busy pub or similar environment
A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal cooking
A confident leader who can organise, motivate, and develop a team
Someone who stays calm under pressure and leads from the front
What’s On Offer
Up to £45,000 basic salary
