We’re working with a well-regarded, produce-led restaurant in the Suffolk countryside, focused on sustainability, seasonality, and top-quality local sourcing.
They’re looking for a Chef de Partie who’s confident leading sections, thrives in a busy service, and genuinely cares about top quality ingredients.
You’ll be working with freshly foraged, seasonal produce and have an opportunity to grow with the business and have a valued input into the success of the kitchen operation. You’ll also only work two evenings a week!
What you need:
CDP experience in a quality kitchen
Good organisation + solid service skills
Passion for seasonal, sustainable cooking
Keen to learn and get stuck in
