Catering Manager - Norfolk (Multisite) £35K

Bread Hospitality are pleased to be working with two fantastic venues based on the Norfolk/Suffolk boarder. We are looking for a motivated Group Catering Manager for their multi-site/location in-house catering operation. It is a hands-on position and an amazing opportunity to oversee multiple catering outlets.


We are looking for a catering Manager ideally with multi-site experience from a high volume fast paced restaurant/hospitality background to plan and lead both sites. You will be responsible for recruiting and developing great people, maximising sales opportunities, implementing control measures and ensure a quality food offering whilst consistently delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be driven, charismatic, focused and passionate operator to further develop and lead this business.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire multi-site hospitality operation

  • Manage and support a team of managers, chefs and team members

  • Recruitment, training, people development and staff welfare

  • P & L accountability - managing costs, budgets and labour

  • Implementing standards and control measures

  • Performance management

  • Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and experience

  • Menu development and costing

  • Plan and deliver an exceptional catering experience

  • Ensure all legislative requirements are met
