We are looking for a motivated Group Catering Manager for their multi-site/location in-house catering operation. It is a hands-on position and an amazing opportunity to oversee multiple catering outlets.
We are looking for a catering Manager ideally with multi-site experience from a high volume fast paced restaurant/hospitality background to plan and lead both sites. You will be responsible for recruiting and developing great people, maximising sales opportunities, implementing control measures and ensure a quality food offering whilst consistently delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be driven, charismatic, focused and passionate operator to further develop and lead this business.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire multi-site hospitality operation
Manage and support a team of managers, chefs and team members
Recruitment, training, people development and staff welfare
P & L accountability - managing costs, budgets and labour
Implementing standards and control measures
Performance management
Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and experience
Menu development and costing
Plan and deliver an exceptional catering experience
Ensure all legislative requirements are met
