We’re partnering with a prestigious and academically renowned school to recruit an ambitious Catering Services Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day catering operation. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven leader in contract catering to join a high-profile education client and oversee a complex, data-driven multi-site operation, ensuring excellence in food, service, and compliance at every level.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team you’ll lead a large and diverse team of around 45 full-time staff, catering for over 2000 students and staff each day. This is a role for a highly organised, financially astute, and people-focused leader—someone who can manage resources effectively, motivate their teams, and maintain impeccable operational standards.

The school client places a strong emphasis on data accuracy and financial reporting, so you’ll need to be confident managing cross-charging, purchasing, and detailed cost analysis across multiple divisions.

Most importantly, this position offers genuine progression potential. The successful candidate will be seen as a natural successor to the current Contract Manager within 1–3 years, so ambition, leadership presence, and strategic thinking are essential.
