Catering & Events Head Chef, £36'000, Norfolk

Catering & Events Head Chef Required.


With the sun starting to shine we are delighted to be recruiting a Head Chef for this high-end catering and events business in Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in some great cookery, but with the bonus of having that amazing work-life balance that you crave. If you are at Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef level and are looking to change things up this year, then what are you waiting for.

What you'll get....

  • A great package with a basic salary of £36,000.00.

  • A working week of Tuesday to Saturday (occasional Sundays required).

  • The majority of the Christmas and New Year period off.

  • Be able to plan your life 6 months in advance.

  • A Split of 50% prep days and 50% service per week, meaning at least three 9-5 shifts per week.

What you'll need....

  • A strong character that can manage and run a kitchen to a high intensity.

  • The ability to manage a team to deliver exceptional food.

  • A creative flair to be involved in the menu development process.

  • An analytical approach to ensure a proactive stock and order system is adhered to.

  • A watertight knowledge of all food safety policies and procedures.

  • The ability to travel across Norfolk.
