Bread Hospitality are working with this prestigious new hotel and restaurant offering set to open its doors for the first time in June this year. We are looking to recruit an ambitious Restaurant Manager to launch and manage this busy brasserie restaurant. The role is available for immediate start due to the recruitment and training of all staff required prior to the grand opening. The hotel is independently owned and has undergone a multimillion-pound refurbishment over the last 2 years.
As Brasserie Manager, you will be required to set the example for impeccable customer service and build great rapport with both guests and the staff. You will know what ‘great service’ is and be able to deliver this day in, day out. You will have a proven track record of being able to use your own initiative to add the ‘wow factor’ and delight the guests whilst at the same time being sensitive to the commercial needs of the business.
The Responsibilities -
Day to Day Management of breakfast, lunch, and dinner services in the brasserie to the highest level.
Maintaining the highest levels of customer service
Overseeing room service offering
Ensuring allergens are always up to date and available for guest requests.
Financial Accountability of stocktakes and GP controls on all liquor sales.
Recruiting, Training and Developing of all staff.to increase turnover and profitability.
Assisting the wider management team across the hotel
Implementing and managing all standard operating procedures.
Continually Improving and maintaining high-quality Customer Service.
