Key Responsibilities:
Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Lead, motivate, and train staff to maintain high standards of service.
Assist in managing staff schedules, inventory, and supplies to ensure efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between the front and back of house.
Requirements:
Proven experience working in a busy restaurant environment, ideally in a management or supervisory role.
