We are on the hunt for an exceptional Assistant Manager to help lead and develop this great team at one of Norfolk's best day attractions.
We are seeking ambitious candidate with strong leadership experience within a high-volume/multi site environment. This business is independently owned and has undergone an extensive refurbishment. Due to the opening hours of this business, you will be working mostly daytime shifts, 5 days out of 7 (includes weekends)
As AM you will be required to set the example for impeccable customer service and build great rapport with both visitors and staff. You will know what ‘great service’ is and be able to deliver this day in, day out. You will have a proven track record of being able to use your own initiative to add the ‘wow factor’ and delight the visitors whilst at the same time being sensitive to the commercial needs of the business.
The Responsibilities -
Day to Day Management of multiple on-site food outlets
Maintaining the highest levels of customer service
Deputising for the Catering Manager
Ensuring allergens are always up to date
Recruiting, Training and Developing of staff
Implementing and managing all standard operating procedures.
Continually Improving and maintaining high-quality Customer Service.
