We're hiring an Assistant Kitchen Manager for a popular UK visitor attraction - perfect for a kitchen-focused leader who has experience in running multiple sites. This role is ideal for a Sous Chef looking for a better work life balance and to take their career in a new direction.


What You'll Do

  • Lead the kitchen team day-to-day

  • Ensure smooth service and quality dishes

  • Bring creative ideas to the menu

  • Maintain high food hygiene and stock control

  • Support the F&B Manager across multiple sites
