We’re working with a highly regarded independent hotel and events venue that’s at a pivotal point in its journey. Over recent years, the General Manager has driven impressive commercial growth so the next step is to bring in a hands-on Assistant General Manager to strengthen the operation.

This is a true deputy role. The successful Assistant General Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the hotel, delivering events seamlessly, supporting service teams, and ensuring guests receive a warm, hospitality-led experience throughout the hotel.
