We’re working with a UK leading hospitality group to find a talented Assistant General Manager for an award winning, fast-paced Pub and Restaurant.

The Role

• Support senior management in running day-to-day operations

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team

• Maintain exceptional service and operational standards

• Drive profitability, efficiency, and continuous improvement

• Oversee guest experience and handle feedback professionally

• Ensure full compliance with company procedures and regulations

About You

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager (or similar) in quality-led hospitality

• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

• Commercially aware with a hands-on approach

• Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences

• A natural team player who leads by example
