We are working with a leading hotel and award-winning restaurant in rural North Norfolk on the hunt for a professional and supportive Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to assist in leading the restaurant team delivering exceptional service across the board.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in food and beverage management and a proven track record of delivering high quality service in a restaurant setting. The post holder will be required to recruit team members and lead by example by adopting a hands-on approach with a pro-active stance towards problem solving. Displaying a positive attitude and calmness under pressure is exactly what our client is looking for.
