As the Wedding & Events Executive in the beautiful venue, you must be open to flexible working hours, have a can-do attitude, and an exceptional eye for detail. You will be fun, confident, polished and enjoy client relationship building with clear planning and organisational skills.
The current Events side of the business is successful but needs to be developed further, The potential is huge on this site. This role will also include some Duty Management responsibility during the off season whilst the Events grow. The Responsibilities –
Being the point of contact for wedding and event clients and answering any queries they might have, Own it!
Ensuring customer needs are effectively communicated and delivered.
You will use your keen eye for detail to help maximise revenue and offer a service second to none
Arrange and deliver show-rounds to potential clients working around their schedule, arranging transport, booking accommodation
To provide direct operational support by assisting in the delivery of events, to include client management, kitchen/back of house management, bar management including cash/bar facilities, room and furniture set-up
Liaising with the General Manager, Head Chef and Owners to ensure the same hymn sheet is being sung from!
