Bread is absolutely buzzing to be working with this cosy, well established pub that sits just off the beaten track in Islington. If you’re a fan of a proper pub, I’m talking wooden floors, horseshoe bar, lovely garden and above all British pub classics (with a twist) then you’ll want to keep reading.
We are on the hunt for a creative Sous Chef, one who’s comfortable cooking the classics but also likes showcasing some flair. The menu is 100% fresh with ingredients sourced as locally as possible, you’ll support the head chef on menu development and growth of junior members in the team.
There’s a core menu that changes quarterly with ever changing specials but also allows plenty of room for innovation. Service is relaxed during the week and picks up on Sunday with a banging and extremely popular roast.
