Sous Chef – £44,000.00 OTE

We’re working with a cosy, well-loved pub, part of a small pub group in London. Think proper pubs: wooden floors, great gardens, a horseshoe bar, and classic British food (done properly, with a bit of flair).


We’re looking for a creative Sous Chef who’s confident with the classics but enjoys getting involved with specials and menu ideas. Everything is cooked fresh using local ingredients, and you’ll work closely with the Head Chef while helping develop the junior team.
