We are seeking a Pub Manager to be at the centre of running this classic British pub in the centre of Oxford. It’s a community pub that loves its local’s as much as the many tourists that visit the city. The business is heavily invested in the local neighbourhood. The pub hosts regular events from quizzes to showing sporting events. The food offer, whilst small is perfect for a local boozer! It's a busy and vibrant venue looking an exceptional manager to join the team. The Responsibilities
Hospitality with personal flair and character.

Experience running a wet-led, locals-led, drinks-led venue that does good pub grub.
Ownership and personal accountability.
Customer focus, high standards, and an eye for detail.
A passion for beer and ales.
A mastery of sales building, Gross Profit, and labour management.
The confidence and ability to build relationships and make connections to grow the business.
A Personal License.
The ability to not just think outside the box but to redesign the box.
