The covers are small, but the quality is high. You'll be a proven operator at a Michelin level who can lead a brigade through passion, hard work and dedication. You'll be at ease working with the very best ingredients from the bust suppliers in the country. You will thrive in this high octane, high quality, high pressure environment.


Salary = £40,000.00 to £45,000.00

Day's Off = 3 per week


Bonus/Incentives = YES!!
