We’re looking for a chef who genuinely loves cooking — someone who works with real ingredients, not shortcuts, and enjoys being part of a kitchen that’s all about flavour, seasonality, and proper pub food done well.


The menu mixes comforting classics with seasonal specials, plus solid veggie and vegan options that are treated with the same attention as everything else.


Day to day, you’ll be getting stuck into breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, putting out plates that taste great and feel satisfying. There’s plenty of room for creativity and input on dishes, so if you’ve got ideas, they’ll be heard.
