We’re working with a prestigious institution to find a talented and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join a dynamic and highly skilled kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef with solid experience and a genuine passion for food to step into a leadership role where creativity and attention to detail are highly valued.
You'll play a key role in supporting senior chefs in the day-to-day running of a busy and diverse kitchen. You’ll lead shifts, supervise and develop junior team members, contribute to menu planning, and help deliver consistently high standards of food for a variety of services — from daily dining to large-scale events. You'll also ensure food safety and hygiene practices are maintained at all times, and will be instrumental in creating a positive, collaborative working environment.
You should be confident leading a team, calm under pressure, and genuinely enthusiastic about developing others. A flair for presentation, creativity with ingredients, and a strong work ethic are essential.
