We’re working with a highly respected independent pub looking to bring a passionate, people-focused Assistant Manager into their growing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to take real ownership in a hands-on role and be part of something that truly values quality and hospitality.

What matters most here is your attitude. You might be at the start of your leadership journey or already have some experience under your belt – either way, if you love hospitality, enjoy looking after people, and bring energy and reliability to what you do, you’ll be a great fit. Food and wine knowledge can be taught – all that’s needed is an interest and willingness to learn.
