Full day to day management of the kitchen.
The ability to understand the importance of consistent cooking from specs.
Managing the kitchen GP to a minimum of 70%.
You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.
Managing a full kitchen team – briefing, supervising and motivating team members.
Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, recruitment, training and development and other management duties.
Having the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
