Bread Hospitality has teamed up with one of the UK’s fastest growing pub and dining companies to recruit for a head chef in central Oxford. Are you a chef with a proven track record of leading brigade of chefs in a fast-paced food environment? You will require phenomenal organisational skills and understand what it’s like to produce food in a branded environment.

The person….

  • Full day to day management of the kitchen.

  • The ability to understand the importance of consistent cooking from specs.

  • Managing the kitchen GP to a minimum of 70%.

  • You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.

  • Managing a full kitchen team – briefing, supervising and motivating team members.

  • Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, recruitment, training and development and other management duties.
