If you’re a fan of a proper pub, I’m talking wooden floors, horseshoe bar, lovely garden and above all British pub classics (with a twist) then you’ll want to keep reading. We are on the hunt for a creative Head Chef, one who’s comfortable cooking the classics but also likes showcasing some flair. The menu is 100% fresh with ingredients sourced as locally as possible, you’ll oversee menu development, growth of junior members in the team and for the financial controls of the kitchen. There’s a core menu that changes quarterly with ever changing specials but also allows plenty of room for innovation.
