This role is fully hands on, working with the existing teams, operating, and managing across multiple sites and delivering the highest standard of service.
The role will involve:
Management and support of the ops team.
Working across on and off-site venues
Teaming up with the weddings & events coordinators as well as management to ensure venue operations are conducted in the most efficient way, ensuring high customer service standards are maintained.
Developing HOD’s to make sure all standards are upheld.
Ensuring all Health and Safety paperwork is in place and up to date.
Managing all venue contracts and licenses and renewing and auditing where necessary.
The successful candidate will need to have:
A passion for weddings, events and hospitality as well as significant experience in both leadership and managing a busy venue.
Paperwork and back off savvy.
Have experience of working with clients in a hospitality setting, exceptional communication skills and be able to deal with complaints and queries
