We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Supervisor to join this Cambridge college catering and events team.

You’ll be leading a team of FOH staff and casual workers, making sure day-to-day dining runs smoothly and to a high standard. You’ll also play a big part in events, from formal dinners to larger functions, helping with setup, service, and making sure everything goes off without a hitch. Working closely with chefs, organisers, and suppliers, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything connected and running seamlessly.

We’re looking for someone with previous hospitality experience in a supervisory role, ideally within an events / conference / banqueting setting. You’ll need to be organised, reliable, and comfortable working under pressure, with good communication skills and a natural ability to motivate others.
