We are looking for strong restaurant management experience within a high-volume fresh food gastro pub or equivalent, Ideally WSET trained but not essential. The Responsibilities -
Day to Day Management of lunch, and dinner services
Maintaining the highest levels of customer service
Implementing and managing all standard operating procedures
Continually Improving and maintaining high-quality Customer Service
