The Role:
Efficiently and professionally oversee restaurant operations
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu and dish preparation
Provide excellent service to guests, handle complaints, and answer menu questions
Build rapport with regular guests
Undertake administrative tasks
Support the Management Team with staff inductions and training
Maintain a respectful and professional presence

Competitive salary: £30k-£40k DOE
