Tom Ginn is the founder and leader of Bread, launching the business following the Coronavirus Pandemic in 2021 with the aim of bringing a new perspective to recruitment. As well as recruitment Tom collaborates with exceptional talent across the UK to deliver a full circle hospitality support arm.
