An exclusive and unique venue in Norfolk is looking to recruit an adaptable and talented Kitchen Manager. You will need to exhibit strong managerial skills in manging a kitchen as well as an innovative approach to cooking. You could be a Head Chef looking for a new challenge in 2023 or a current Kitchen Manager wanting a different and exciting change. Skillsets required....

  • A passionate advocate of producing great food, from fresh to a standard that will appeal to a diverse level of palate.

  • An exceptional planner who can implement and drive kitchen standards.

  • An in-depth knowledge of all relevant food safety and health & safety procedures and practices.

  • A positive and proactive approach to people management, development and recruitment.

  • To be an analytical thinker who is comfortable with figures and reporting numbers up the chain.

  • The ability to create and enhance relationships at a corporate level.
