Bread Hospitality is excited to be working with this newly refurbished Holiday Park based on a beautiful stretch of Norfolk Coastline. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to oversee the full Food and Beverage operation.
Role Requirements -
· Strong people management, development, and mentorship skills
· Have a minimum of two years working in a senior food and beverage managerial role or equivalent.
· Liaising with the Head Chef working together with menu design and specials
· Have experience implementing standard operating procedures.
· Be financially astute.
· Lead, coach, and mentor the team identifying any training needs.
· Drive sales through business development.
· Champion the health and safety legislation standards.
· Managing the F&B payroll percentage
