Set on the Norfolk coastline this newly refurbished holiday camp is setting up for a bumper summer season and is now ready to employ an experienced Head Chef to re-launch and lead the kitchen. The perfect candidate would be a seasoned head chef with volume and short order experience. We are seeking an ambitious individual, who is passionate about food and ingredients, can managed a large brigade and has a creative eye for detail.
The Responsibilities…..
Full day to day management of the kitchen
Managing the smooth production and service of food from the kitchen.
You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.
Managing a full kitchen team – briefing, supervising and motivating team members.
Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, recruitment, training and development and other management duties.
Having the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
