Bread Hospitality is excited to be working with this newly refurbished Holiday Park based on a beautiful stretch of Norfolk Coastline. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to oversee the full Food and Beverage operation.
Role Requirements -
Strong people management, development, and mentorship skills
Have a minimum of two years working in a senior food and beverage managerial role or equivalent.
Liaising with the Head Chef working together with menu design and specials
Have experience implementing standard operating procedures.
Be financially astute.
Lead, coach, and mentor the team identifying any training needs.
Drive sales through business development.
Champion the health and safety legislation standards.
Managing the F&B payroll percentage
