Our brief is to find a creative and enthusiastic breakfast chef to join the already strong team. They offer a classic and fresh menu featuring both cooked and continental options using the bounty of local produce.
The ideal candidate would most definitely be a morning person, able to lead a team and manage the first half of the day.
The Responsibilities….
Morning management of the kitchen.
Preparing and cooking breakfast.
Ordering stock.
You must possess good presentation skills.
Having the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Flexible attitude and willing to help where needed.
