We’re on the hunt for a superstar Assistant Manager who’s looking for their next adventure. This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to join one of the most charming pubs in the Cambridgeshire countryside, part of an award-winning family of venues.

You’ll be the one making sure shifts run like clockwork, guests get a proper welcome, and the team stay motivated and smiling — even on those busy weekends. You’ll be hands-on, leading from the front, and setting the tone for service that keeps regulars coming back.

We’re looking for someone with a bit of experience under their belt — ideally at least a year in a management role in hospitality. You’ll need to be organised, great with people, and happy to take the lead when things get busy.
